Outer sheath constructed from Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer Rubber (EPDM) compound or a chloroprene rubber compound so that it is resistant to harsh working conditions ensuring outstanding electrical and mechanical properties.
EPDM has high flexibility and erosion resistance.
AWG OR THE AMERICAN WIRE GAUGE IS USED TO DESCRIBE STRANDED WIRE WHICH ARE EQUAL IN CROSS SECTIONAL AREA TO THE TOTAL OF ALL OF THE CROSS SECTIONAL AREAS OF THE INDIVIDUAL STRANDS.
